It is composed of flavonoids glycosides (quercetin, isoharmnetina, kaempferol), terpenes (ginkgolides, bilobalides), Proanthocyanidins, sitosterol, lactose and anthocyanin. Studies have shown that Ginkgo stimulates cerebral circulation and oxygen flow to nerve tissue, thereby improving cognitive function and memory. It has also been shown capable of protecting neurons against oxidative damage induced by hydrogen peroxide and other free radicals. Ginkgo also has an energizing activity, antistress and cardioprotective properties.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinal) Rosemary contains 2% of essential oil, derived mainly of terpenes and hydrocarbons such as dextro levopireno, canfene, dipenene, Inactive limonene, Cinel, rosemary camphor, borneol, bornyl acetate, tannin, a bitter principle, saponin acid, a glucoside, resin and organic acids.
